Tucker & Dale vs Evil!

Second time seeing this comedic romp; still enjoyable but was possibly better the first time I saw it. I don't understand Dale's hat, which has the expression "Giv'er" on it. What does that mean??? Also I think it's funny how someone calls one woman's footwear "stripper shoes" but they are literally plaid wedge espadrilles- I have never seen a stripper wear shoes that church-appropriate.
