Great film about a young couple off on a road trip vacation, dreaming about being in golden eggs floating in space. Also, a very creepy look into the meticulous planning of a sociopath. 

I remembered this being enthralling the first time I watched it, with a careful cat and mouse ballet to the finality. Now that I knew the ending, it felt more like reckless abandonment. Just go to the police!!!

Most WTF line: "You want to crucify anyone who kidnaps young girls?"   Hmmmm, are there other options?
